Answer | tutOR is about using an interactive approach to OR/MS teaching and learning via the WWW. It is about providing lecturers and users easy and friendly access to web-based computing facilities for modelling, analysis and solution of problems using OR/MS methods. |

What is that terrible logo at the front gate? |
Answer | The cheapo logo at the front gate is a temporary thing that we created on the fly. The plan is that Richard Brak , our dear colleage, will create for us a nice looking logo soon. Contrary to rumours circulating in our department, this unasked question was not inserted here to put pressure on Richard to complete the logo quickly. By the same token, there are no grounds to the rumours that this logo was created as a competitor for the title "The Worse Looking Logo on the WWW". In short, we hope that this logo will soon become a collector's item. |
